Palliative Care

With you every step, every day

Palliative Care

Palliative care is treatment, care and support for people with a life-limiting illness. It aims to relieve pain and other symptoms, and improve quality of life. It is often associated with end-of-life care.

If you want professional, compassionate care without the upheaval of moving to hospital or a care home, palliative care at home from a live-in care worker could be the ideal solution.

Our highly experienced and qualified live-in care staff provide fully-managed and regulated palliative care in your home, tailored to your specific needs.

Our live-in care staff are dedicated to providing high-quality personal care. All our care staff are able to handle any situation in a respectful and compassionate manner.

Your live-in care worker will provide companionship too. And because you’re at home, rather than in hospital, friends and family can visit whenever they want, without the restrictions of hospital visiting times.

We work with community health teams so that everything is tailored to your needs. We can also get prescriptions from your GP or arrange a home visit if required. And if you have mobility issues we can work with occupational therapists and provide an additional care worker at certain times if needed.

If you need our help urgently, our rapid response approach means we can provide emergency care within 48 hours.

Can we help?

If you or a loved one could use our professional support, it might be time to get in touch. One of our dedicated care coordinators will be happy to discuss a plan that’s most suitable for you.
