I agree with R’s comments - we are very fortunate to have you and the team supporting us and being so efficient in organising future care over the months ahead. It is very reassuring for my mum especially.

I just wanted to email to give you some feedback with P. All positive - she is amazing. I have been incredibly impressed with her kindness, knowledge, care and just overall compassionate manner. She has shown great respect to me and my wife, especially in our home. P has been willing to cook old traditional meals and has been so clean and tidy.

I would like to say that we are really thankful for M as she provided excellent care for my parents.

We are happy with the way things are going so far. Uncle is well cared for, which is a good result for us. Thank you.
